I am the founder of S.A.G.E Childcare Connect and Consulting! S.A.G.E stands for Sustainable, Active, Growth and development, Education and training. I work with parents of young children, helping them navigate early childhood through coaching and support. I also connect families with trusted, professional nannies. I’m Montessori trained and have been in the nanny industry for over ten years making my approach grounded in both experience and a deep passion for child development and psychology.
I believe that finding the right nanny is about more than just checking boxes — it’s about building a connection that helps your family thrive. I take the time to truly understand what you need so I can match you with someone who will care for your children as if they were their own.
